Based in San Francisco, I have created brands from the ground up, as well as worked with companies to build on their existing brand in all areas of communication and across digital and print media platforms including marketing and collateral, corporate communications, website architecture/ design/ and content development, direct mail and integrated print + online campaigns, social media, banner ads, and online and traditional print advertising.

My clients have been in industries as wide-ranging as technology, visual arts, retail, food, health & wellness, education, construction, real estate, healthcare, and non-profit.

I've worked in-house as webmaster and graphic designer for a B2B software startup in San Francisco, and then joined forces with one of my co-workers to form [KS] a boutique creative agency where I was creative partner and designer.

I continue to work with companies and individuals for many years as new needs arise. Stellar references available upon request.

art background

My background includes art, interior design, and theatrical set design. I've worked with TV and music companies in Los Angeles (Geffen Records, Warner Bros. Records, MCA/Universal Studios) as well as cel painting and packaging for an animation studio (DIC Entertainment, now a Disney subsidiary) for Saturday morning cartoons.

Exhibitions of my monoprints, collages, and photography in group and solo shows include Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Door County Wisconsin.
